2024 – Daytona beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
All Daytona Beach Resort pools and pool decks are closed due to storm damage.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed. There will be construction in 2024 for the sea wall and pool deck.
Parking garage is closed – BUT there is parking in the south lot.
Access to beach from north access road.
We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room – unfortunately – we cant guarantee amenities at the resort.

 

Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach. Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balconies wide enough to accommodate seating.

Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways… and not a private balcony — Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting — do not be disappointed !!

11th Floor Corner Studio (pictured) with King Size Bed & Large Private Balcony. This condo is everyone’s favorite.Its all about the view. 11th floor corner unit will make you feel like you are hovering above the ocean. Many recent updates include:: new carpet, new leather love seat, new mattresses, new table/chairs. This condo is updated and is one of the nicest units in the building. You will enjoy the upscale furnishings and linens, you will feel like you are right at home.

Oceanfront Private Balcony is 120 sq ft, you will start to feel like you have another room to enjoy. Sofa, Chair, Dining Table and Chairs affords Gorgeous Northern & Eastern views, Efficiency Kitchen and Million Dollar View from private balcony with 2 chairs and a table so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise from your private balcony. You will have a wonderful view of the ocean or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy your view of the stars in the night sky. Efficiency kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. Table with chairs to dine in al fresco.

Resort has 2 Large Oceanfront Pools, Oceanside Recliners,  Children’s Waterfall Pool, Mini Golf Course, Oceanside Tiki Bar, Lounge with Weekend Entertainment – Oceanfront Restaurant and Fire Pit.
