2024 – Daytona beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
All Daytona Beach Resort pools and pool decks are closed due to storm damage.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed. There will be construction in 2024 for the sea wall and pool deck.
Parking garage is closed – BUT there is parking in the south lot.
Access to beach from north access road.
We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room – unfortunately – we cant guarantee amenities at the resort.

This condo has wonderful oceanfront views, balcony is oceanfront and will seat 2 comfortably. Know balconies at this resort – some are standing room only — but not this one !!!
This oceanfront condo has a private balcony.
2 Queen Beds – sleeps 4 easily, efficiency kitchen, large bathroom.
The newly remodeled tower – nicely updated. The rooms are just steps off the elevator. We have 37’in flatscreen TV’s , Cable (with HD) DVD player, stereo, table with 4 chairs, and comfy Lazy-Boy loveseat We have everything here to make your trip perfect!! Linens provided includes sheets, towels, kitchen towels, pots, pans, plates, glassware, flatware, utensils everything you will need for the kitchen.
The kitchens at DBR are all exactly the same, full sized refrigerator, Microwave, 2 burner stovetop, sink … counters are Corian…
We have several oceanfront studios at this location, some with King beds and sleepers, others with 2 Queen beds. Featured in this ad is our 7th floor condo – but please see our other ads or ask about the others we have available.

- You will need to go the front desk on your arrival to receive parking permit & the white cards that open resort common areas - pool, indoor pool, laundry room and garage.
- We will send the door code 5 days prior to arrival
- Add 3% if paying by: Paypal, Visa, MC or Discover
- Security Deposit of $200.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited. Refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved for you less $100 processing fee.
