parking – 1 car or 4 bikes for each reservationAlthough we own several units at Ocean Walk Resort and assist friends with rentals – we also own about 52 weeks of Wyndham timeshare reservations.
We also regularly work with other timeshare owners and can easily find just about any week you may be looking for once our units have been rented.
All timeshare units have the same access to pools and all resort benefits that whole owner rooms do.
Ocean Walk Resort has 600 condos, 300 of them are in a block of rooms that need to be booked by the “Timeshare” owners.
If you stay at Ocean Walk – you will be asked if you want to go to the timeshare presentation – they will try to sell you one the ownerships that allow you to book from this block.
I am a Wyndham Vacation Ownership – Owner – I book out of this block of rooms during the times of the year that are more popular.

Property Amenities
The 3 Bedroom Condos that are available – are all oceanfront.
They all have the same floorplan.
The 3 bedroom timeshares are all in the north tower and will easily sleep 8-10
The living room has a sleeper sofa
Living room area overlooks the oceanfront balcony and has a dining room area with a table and 6 chairs
This is an open area floor plan. kitchen – dining area – living room are in 1 large space
The kitchen area has a full kitchen with refrigerator – stove – oven – dishwasher.
All small appliances are here – toaster – blender – coffee maker…
The Master bedroom has a king bed – with enough storage space available to be as comfortable as home.
The master bedroom has a master bath suite with a jacuzzi tub with separate shower and bathroom area
The 2nd bathroom a tub-shower combination
The 2nd bedroom has king bed with TV ( not all bedroom TVs have been upgraded to flat screens). The 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds.
