The newly remodeled tower – nicely updated. The rooms are just steps off the elevator. We have 37’in flatscreen TV’s , Cable, table with 4 chairs, and comfy loveseat. We have everything here to make your trip perfect!! Linens provided includes sheets, towels, kitchen towels, pots, pans, plates, glassware, flatware, utensils everything you will need for the kitchen. - You will need to go the front desk on your arrival to receive parking permit & the white cards that open resort common areas - pool, indoor pool, laundry room and garage.
- We will send the door code 5 days prior to arrival
- Add 3% if paying by: Paypal, Visa, MC or Discover
- Security Deposit of $200.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited. Refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved for you less $100 processing fee.
