2024 – Daytona beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
All Daytona Beach Resort pools and pool decks are closed due to storm damage.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed. There will be construction in 2024 for the sea wall and pool deck.
Parking garage is closed – BUT there is parking in the south lot.
Access to beach from north access road.
We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room – unfortunately – we cant guarantee amenities at the resort.

- Daytona Beach Resort - 2700 N Atlantic - Daytona Beach
- You will need to go the front desk on your arrival to receive parking permit & the white cards that open resort common areas - pool, indoor pool, laundry room and garage.
- We will send the door code 5 days prior to arrival
- Add 3% if paying by: Paypal, Visa, MC or Discover
- Security Deposit of $200.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited. Refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved for you less $100 processing fee.
